Royal Way supplies rubber seal kits for buyer-defined wireline adapter assemblies. Quotations are prepared from the current tool reference, controlled bill of materials, seal drawing, complete dimensions or an existing kit sample.

Information for quotation

  • Adapter manufacturer, tool model, size and original kit reference
  • Controlled bill of materials showing each seal position and quantity
  • Seal profile, inside diameter, outside diameter, width and critical tolerances
  • Gland, shaft, bore and mating-component dimensions
  • Fluid, temperature, pressure direction and operating cycle
  • Any compound, hardness, color or identification requirement already specified
  • Required kit quantity, packaging, inspection and documentation requirements
