Shipping and Delivery

Shipping arrangements for Royal Way orders supplied by Jiangsu Ruowei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. are confirmed for the products, quantity and destination of each order. For a shipping quotation, contact sales@rwoiltool.com.

Quotation-Based Orders

Please provide the product details, quantity and full delivery destination, including the country and postal code. Before you accept a quotation-based order, the quotation or order confirmation will identify the dispatch location, delivery method, shipping charge or agreed freight arrangement, and the applicable delivery terms.

Orders Placed Through Checkout

For products ordered through the website checkout, review the delivery destination, available shipping method, shipping charge, any displayed taxes or other charges, and delivery information before submitting the order. The charges and delivery commitments for that purchase are those presented before you submit the order and recorded in the corresponding order confirmation. Please contact us before submitting the order if any delivery cost or condition is unclear.

Preparation and Transit Times

For quotation-based orders, preparation or production time and estimated transit time will be stated separately in the quotation or order confirmation. For checkout orders, review the preparation and delivery information presented for your selected products and shipping method before submitting the order, together with the corresponding order confirmation.

Timing depends on the ordered products, any custom requirements, the delivery destination and the selected service. If an agreed schedule changes, we will contact you to explain the change and discuss the next steps. An inquiry alone does not establish a dispatch date; any specific delivery commitment displayed and accepted for a checkout purchase remains part of that order.

Freight, Import Charges and Delivery Terms

For quotation-based orders, responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes and delivery risk will be specified in the quotation or order confirmation before order acceptance. Where an Incoterm is used, the named place and applicable version will be identified. For checkout orders, the applicable charges and any additional import or delivery responsibilities must be disclosed before you submit the order and reflected in the corresponding order information.

Please check these terms before confirming the order. Shipping is not automatically free, and duties or import charges are not automatically included. If the allocation of a charge or responsibility is unclear, contact us for clarification before accepting the order.

Delivery Information and Shipment Questions

Please provide an accurate delivery address, recipient name, contact telephone number and any delivery instructions. Notify us as soon as possible if these details need to change; we will confirm whether a change can still be made and any resulting cost before proceeding.

For an existing delivery, email sales@rwoiltool.com with the order reference and any shipment reference you have received. For damaged, missing or incorrect goods, please also refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
