Who We Are

Royal Way is the brand used on this website for oilfield seals, repair kits and custom rubber parts supplied by Jiangsu Ruowei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms mean Jiangsu Ruowei Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Product Information and Quotations

For product selection or a quotation, provide the product name or part number, quantity, drawing or sample details where relevant, and intended application. For quotation-based orders, the specifications and configuration are those agreed in the written quotation and order confirmation. For checkout orders, review the product description and selected configuration before submitting the order and retain the corresponding order confirmation.

An inquiry alone does not confirm stock availability, an agreed price, suitability for a particular application or acceptance of an order. For a product offered through checkout, review the displayed product information, availability, price and delivery conditions before making your purchase.

Order Acceptance and Payment

For a quotation-based order, acceptance occurs when we issue written order confirmation. Prices, currency, quotation validity, payment method, payment schedule and any order-specific conditions will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Please resolve any discrepancy with us before accepting that order or making payment.

For an order placed through checkout, review the selected items, quantities, currency, total amount, shipping and other charges, payment information and delivery commitments presented before you submit the order. Those details and the corresponding order confirmation identify the purchase. Please contact us if the confirmation differs from the details you accepted.

Order-specific terms agreed in writing, or presented and accepted as part of a checkout purchase, form part of the contract. If they differ from these general website terms, the accepted order-specific terms take precedence to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Custom Products and Changes

For a custom product, the order confirmation will identify the agreed drawing or specification and any approval required before production. Please tell us about requested changes promptly. Changes to the design, quantity or delivery arrangements require written agreement, including any effect on cost or timing.

Cancellation and returns are handled under the agreed order terms and our Returns and Refunds Policy. Customer drawings or other materials submitted for a quotation must be materials you are entitled to provide for that purpose.

Delivery, Product Conformity and Remedies

Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy and the relevant order confirmation. Products must conform to the specifications agreed for the order. Please report a suspected defect, incorrect supply or nonconformity with the order reference and supporting details so that we can assess it and agree an appropriate remedy.

Any additional contractual warranty, duration, acceptance criteria or service requirement must be expressly agreed for the order. These terms do not establish a single warranty period for every product and do not remove mandatory rights or remedies.

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or use its forms to send unlawful or malicious content.
