Swivel Joint Dust Seals
Royal Way manufactures replacement dust seals for buyer-defined oilfield swivel joint assemblies. Individual seals can be quoted from the current joint reference, repair-kit bill of materials, controlled drawing, complete dimensions or an existing sample.
Information for quotation
- Swivel-joint manufacturer, model, figure and nominal size
- Original seal or repair-kit part reference when available
- Seal outside diameter, inside diameter, width, profile and lip orientation
- Housing bore, groove, retainer and mating-surface dimensions
- Relative motion, exposure, fluid, temperature and operating cycle
- Required quantity, dimensional tolerances and inspection requirements
The dust-seal name and nominal joint size do not establish interchangeability or service rating. Final geometry, compound and hardness are confirmed after the complete joint configuration is reviewed.
