Specifications & Product Information

Seal-O-Matic Union Seal Rings are quoted for nominal 1 through 4 in union configurations when the union and seal-groove interfaces are identified.

Confirm the union and groove configuration

Provide the nominal union size, union type or class, seal-ring groove and mating hub dimensions. Similar nominal sizes can use different seal references, so selection must be checked against the installed union or a physical sample.

Information needed for quotation

  • Nominal union size and union type or class
  • Existing seal-ring or union reference, when available
  • Seal groove, cross-section, inside and outside dimensions and tolerances
  • Drawing, dimensional sketch or physical sample, when available
  • Service medium and continuous and peak temperature and pressure conditions
  • Compound, hardness, color, inspection and documentation requirements, when specified
  • Required quantity and delivery destination
