Royal Way manufactures custom RV-series V-ring swab cups for tubing and casing swabbing assemblies. Each cup is configured to the mandrel or core, tubing or casing reference and service information supplied with your enquiry.

Configured for the swabbing assembly

• V-ring cup profile developed from a drawing or sample
• Single-cup or stacked arrangements reviewed to the customer specification
• 1.900 in, 2-3/8 in and 2-7/8 in tubing references can be evaluated
• 4-1/2 in and 5-1/2 in casing references can be evaluated

Information required for quotation

Please provide the tubing or casing reference, minimum internal diameter, cup outside diameter, mandrel or core dimensions, cup count and stack arrangement, fluid, temperature range, expected load, quantity and any drawing or sample.
