Specifications & Product Information

Rubber Pig Balls are manufactured to a buyer's drawing, sample or pipeline requirement for cleaning, separation and displacement applications.

Define the pipeline and ball configuration

Confirm the actual pipe dimensions and required ball construction before quotation. Nominal line size alone does not establish the finished diameter, interference, core construction or material requirement.

Information needed for quotation

  • Drawing, physical sample or existing equipment reference
  • Nominal pipe size, actual inside diameter and relevant line restrictions
  • Required ball diameter, solid or hollow construction, and any inflation or filling details
  • Service medium, continuous and peak temperature, pressure and chemical exposure
  • Compound, hardness, color and identification-marking requirements, when specified
  • Prototype and order quantity, inspection needs and delivery destination

Custom manufacturing review

Royal Way reviews the ball geometry, molding route, elastomer requirement and inspection scope for each project before quotation.

Ordering

Send the available drawing or sample together with the pipeline and operating conditions. Final dimensions, construction, compound and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
