Pulsation Dampener Diaphragms are quoted against the installed dampener and its sealing and retention interfaces. Equipment identification or a verified drawing or sample is required to confirm the diaphragm geometry.
Confirm the dampener configuration
Provide the equipment maker and model, existing diaphragm reference and the vessel or dampener capacity when known. Confirm the neck, bead, seat, lip and mating-hardware interfaces.

- Nominal vessel or dampener capacity, when known
- Diaphragm outside diameter, height, wall and neck dimensions
- Bead, seat, lip, clamping and mating-component details
- Existing drawing, dimensional sketch or physical sample, when available
- Process fluid and continuous, working and peak pressure and temperature conditions
- Pressure-cycle, precharge and operating-frequency details, when known
- Compound, hardness, inspection and documentation requirements, when specified
- Required quantity and delivery destination

Royal Way reviews the diaphragm geometry, seating and retention interfaces, elastomer requirement and inspection scope before quotation.
Ordering
Send the dampener identification and diaphragm details together with a drawing or sample when available. Final geometry, materials and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
