Royal Way can review and quote replacement elastomer seals for customer-specified hammer union assemblies used in oilfield flowline service. The company-owned 2 in image is a representative lip-seal sample; it is not a dimensional or figure reference for every configuration.

- Seal profile, dimensions, drawing or an existing sample
- Required compound and hardness when already controlled by the specification
- Fluid, temperature, pressure class, pressure direction and operating cycle
- Required quantity, tolerances, inspection and documentation requirements
Final profile, material, fit and service suitability are confirmed from the submitted union reference and operating conditions before quotation.
