Dual Pipe Wipers are quoted for the buyer’s pipe outside-diameter range and two-stage wiping arrangement. The outer envelope, upper and lower openings and mounting interfaces must be confirmed for the installed equipment.
Confirm the wiper configuration
Identify the pipe or tubing range, required dual-body or dual-profile arrangement and the table, deck or housing interface. Similar outside diameters can use different wiper envelopes and opening profiles.
Information needed for quotation
- Pipe or tubing type, nominal size range and actual outside diameters
- Wiper outside diameter, overall height and mounting-envelope dimensions
- Upper and lower opening diameters and wiping profiles
- Split, cut, groove, ring, insert or carrier-interface details, when applicable
- Existing reference, drawing, dimensional sketch or physical sample, when available
- Service fluid, debris, movement and continuous and peak temperature conditions
- Compound, hardness, color, bonding, inspection and documentation requirements, when specified
- Required quantity and delivery destination
Custom manufacturing review
Royal Way reviews the pipe range, dual wiping profiles, equipment interface, elastomer requirement and inspection scope before quotation.
Ordering
Send the pipe range and wiper-interface details together with a drawing or sample when available. Final geometry, materials and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
