Royal Way manufactures custom vee packing sets for rod, gland, pump and valve sealing assemblies when the packing stack must be matched to a drawing, sample or installation dimensions.
Configured as a complete packing stack
- Vee or chevron sealing rings with matching end or adaptor rings
- Ring count, section profile and installed height defined from supplied data
- Split or endless configurations reviewed against the assembly requirements
- Elastomer and engineering-polymer construction selected after service review
Information required for quotation
Please send the rod or shaft diameter, housing bore, available stack height, pressure direction, type of movement, service medium, operating temperature, quantity and any drawing or sample reference. Final geometry, material combination and inspection requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
