Royal Way manufactures square and rectangular-section rubber seal rings for buyer-defined glands and equipment. Parts can be quoted from a controlled drawing, complete dimensions or an existing sample.
Information for quotation
- Equipment, seal position and static or dynamic function
- Gland bore, shaft or housing dimensions and groove geometry
- Ring inside diameter, outside diameter, axial width and radial section
- Corner radii, split or continuous construction and critical tolerances
- Fluid, temperature, pressure direction and operating cycle
- Required compound, hardness, quantity, inspection and documentation
A square or rectangular cross-section alone does not establish gland fit or service suitability. Final dimensions, compound and manufacturing construction are confirmed after the complete application is reviewed.
