Specifications & Product Information

Royal Way manufactures finished rubber gaskets by extruding the required cross-section and joining it to the buyer's closed-loop or frame dimensions. This route supports perimeter seals that are defined by both the profile and the completed gasket geometry.

Profile and perimeter controlled together

  • Cross-section developed from a drawing, physical sample or installation channel
  • Circular, rectangular and other drawing-defined perimeter shapes considered
  • Cut length, corner radii, joint position and installed compression reviewed as one configuration
  • Finished gasket dimensions and joint acceptance requirements confirmed before production

Information required for quotation

Please provide the cross-section, inside or outside perimeter dimensions, corner radii, joint location, installation channel, compression requirement, service medium, temperature, movement, quantity, tolerances and inspection requirements.

Compound, joining process, dimensional tolerance and service suitability are confirmed for the exact profile and completed gasket. Pressure, leakage and temperature performance require validation in the customer's finished assembly.
