Royal Way reviews custom silicone washers made to a buyer's drawing, sample or interface requirements for equipment and industrial assemblies. Final geometry and silicone compound are confirmed for the stated application before quotation.

- Flat, stepped or buyer-defined washer profile
- Holes, slots, lips and locating features from the supplied geometry
- Mating surfaces, compression space, load and installation method
- Service medium, pressure, movement and operating conditions
- Required silicone grade, hardness, tolerances, inspection and quantity when specified
The silicone designation does not establish a fixed compound, hardness, temperature range, dimensions or service rating. Final material and suitability are confirmed after the complete drawing, sample and application data are reviewed.
