Royal Way manufactures custom rubber washers for oilfield equipment and industrial assemblies. Parts are developed from the customer’s drawing, sample and interface requirements rather than a generic size assumption.
Configured to the joint or fastener interface
- Outside diameter, inside diameter and thickness confirmed from controlled part data
- Flat, stepped and buyer-defined washer profiles reviewed
- Holes, slots, lips and locating features evaluated from the supplied geometry
- Prototype and production quantities considered during quotation
Information required for quotation
Please provide a drawing or sample, mating dimensions, washer thickness, compression or loading information, service medium, temperature range, critical tolerances and quantity.
Material, manufacturing route and service suitability are confirmed for each washer after the application has been reviewed.
