Royal Way manufactures custom molded rubber grommets for protecting and guiding cables, tubing and other pass-through components at panel or housing openings. Quotations are prepared from the buyer's drawing, CAD model, sample or dimensional specification.

- Panel thickness, groove width and groove diameter
- Grommet outside diameter, flange dimensions and overall height
- Cable, tube or pass-through component size range
- Insertion, retention, movement and load requirements

Compound, hardness, color and final geometry are selected after the application and mating interfaces are reviewed. Fit and service suitability are confirmed with the quotation.
