Custom Rubber Gaskets are manufactured to a buyer's drawing, sample or equipment joint when a flat, cut or molded sealing profile is required.

Define the gasket interface

Confirm the joint geometry, thickness and sealing faces before quotation. A matching outside shape alone does not establish the bolt pattern, cross-section, material or service suitability.

Information needed for quotation

  • Drawing, CAD file, physical sample or equipment reference
  • Outside and inside dimensions, thickness, holes, slots and profile details
  • Mating surfaces, compression space and installation method
  • Service medium, continuous and peak temperature, and pressure conditions
  • Material, hardness, finish and inspection requirements, when specified
  • Prototype and order quantity, packaging needs and delivery destination

Custom manufacturing review

Royal Way reviews the gasket geometry, manufacturing route, material requirement and inspection scope for each project before quotation.

Ordering

Send the available drawing or sample together with the joint and operating conditions. Final dimensions, compound and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
