Royal Way manufactures molded rubber cable boots and protective shrouds for customer-defined cable, terminal, connector and equipment interfaces. Send a drawing, CAD file, measured sample or complete fit details for quotation.
Information for quotation
- Large and small opening diameters, overall length, wall thickness and taper or shoulder profile
- Cable, terminal or connector dimensions and the required installed orientation
- Mating-interface, retention, sealing and strain-relief requirements
- Assembly method, expected movement and environmental exposure
- Buyer-specified elastomer, hardness and color when already controlled by the application
- Required quantity, dimensional tolerances, inspection and documentation requirements
Each cable boot is configured from the buyer’s drawing, sample and service conditions. Include the mating-part dimensions and installation requirements so we can review the profile and fit.
