Custom Rubber Bellows are manufactured to a buyer's drawing, sample or equipment interface when a flexible molded cover, boot or movement profile is required.

Define the bellows geometry

Confirm the installed envelope, end connections and required movement before quotation. Similar-looking bellows can differ in convolution profile, wall transitions, end geometry and working travel.

Information needed for quotation

  • Drawing, CAD file, physical sample or equipment reference
  • Inside and outside dimensions, overall length and end-interface details
  • Collapsed, installed and extended dimensions or required movement
  • Service medium, continuous and peak temperature, pressure or vacuum conditions
  • Material, hardness, reinforcement and surface requirements, when specified
  • Prototype and order quantity, inspection needs and delivery destination

Custom manufacturing review

Royal Way reviews the bellows profile, molding route, material requirement and inspection scope for each project before quotation.

Ordering

Send the available drawing or sample together with the operating conditions. Final geometry, compound, hardness and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
