Royal Way develops custom ring-seal profiles to buyer drawings, CAD models or physical samples. Each profile is reviewed against the complete sealing interface rather than outside dimensions alone.
Define the sealing profile
- Inside diameter, outside diameter, axial width and cross-section
- Sealing lips, steps, grooves, radii and other profile features
- Mating hardware, installation direction and static or moving contact
- Prototype and production quantities for quotation
Information required for quotation
Please provide a drawing or sample, profile dimensions and tolerances, mating or gland details, installation method, movement conditions, service medium, pressure and temperature range, material requirements when defined, surface requirements, inspection needs and quantity.
Final material, profile, tolerances and application suitability are confirmed after review of the complete specification.
