Specifications & Product Information

Custom Pressure-Relief Valve Seal Kits

Royal Way manufactures replacement elastomer seal sets for buyer-defined pressure-relief valve assemblies used in oilfield pressure-control and flowline systems. Each set is configured from the complete valve, stem or piston, seat and gland arrangement.

Information for quotation

  • Valve manufacturer, model, nominal connection size, pressure class and assembly revision
  • Valve body, stem, poppet or piston, seat, bore and groove dimensions
  • Seal profile, ring count, orientation, backup elements, guides and any non-elastomer components
  • Original bill of materials, drawing, verified part references or an undamaged sample
  • Service fluid, pressure, temperature, cycling and maintenance conditions
  • Required compound, hardness, inspection and documentation when specified
  • Required quantity and packaging requirements

The valve designation or nominal connection size does not establish kit content, dimensions, material or service rating. Final parts and construction are confirmed against the buyer’s complete assembly.
