Custom Pre-Assembled Packer Element Systems

Royal Way supplies custom pre-assembled packer element systems built around buyer-defined elastomer elements, backup components and mandrel interfaces for downhole tools. Each quotation is based on the complete element stack, metal and polymer interfaces, assembly method and service conditions; an element outside diameter alone is not a complete specification.

• Drawing-defined single- or multiple-element stacks
• Custom element profiles, stack lengths, spacing and differential-pressure direction
• Buyer-defined backup rings, end rings, spacers, sleeves or mandrel interfaces
• Specified bonded, retained, interference-fit or separately assembled component interfaces

• Tool or packer reference, complete assembly drawing, bill of materials and revision level when available
• Mandrel, gauge-ring, backup-ring, spacer and housing interface dimensions
• Element profile, bore, outside diameter, stack length, quantity and critical tolerances
• Backup component materials, geometry, surface condition and retention details when controlled
• Required elastomer compound, hardness, reinforcement and element-to-component bonding requirements when specified
• Assembly sequence, orientation, preload, retention and marking requirements when controlled
• Service medium, temperature, pressure differential and direction, setting or retrieval method and expected operating cycle
• Prototype, inspection, assembly-verification, traceability and packaging requirements

Final element geometry, stack construction, component materials, bonding and assembly method, tolerances and application suitability are confirmed after the complete tool and service requirements are reviewed.
