Custom Plunger-Pump Packing Components

Royal Way supplies custom molded packing components for customer-defined plunger-pump assemblies, including header or stack rings when identified by the drawing, BOM or marked sample. Each quotation is built around the complete packing assembly and its interfaces.

Configurations for review

  • Header, stack, spacer and adjoining packing components defined by the assembly record
  • Plunger diameter, housing bore, available depth and gland arrangement
  • Cross-section, face geometry, orientation and retention features
  • Compound, hardness, construction and surface requirements confirmed per service

Information for quotation

  • Pump maker and model when known, plus the complete packing drawing or BOM
  • Plunger and housing dimensions and the identified component position
  • Physical sample, labeled package, CAD file or dimensioned sketch
  • Service fluid, pressure, speed, stroke, temperature, quantity and inspection requirements

Final component identity, geometry, material, tolerances and service suitability are confirmed from the complete packing assembly. The representative image does not establish a standard size, model, rating or interchangeability.
