Custom Plunger Pump Packing Components

Royal Way supplies custom packing components for plunger-pump sealing assemblies used in well-service applications. Each requirement is reviewed against the buyer's pump model, installed packing arrangement, drawing, part reference or physical sample.

We review the plunger interface, packing housing, component profile, stack arrangement and requested inspection requirements before quotation.

Information for quotation

  • Plunger diameter, housing bore, available packing depth and gland travel
  • Component profile, quantity, orientation and adjacent stack parts
  • Drawing, dimensional sketch or physical sample
  • Service fluid, pressure direction, temperature, speed, stroke and cycle conditions
  • Requested compound, reinforcement, inspection or documentation requirements
  • Required quantity, destination and requested timing

Send the pump and packing details with a drawing or sample when available. Final geometry, materials and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
