Custom Non-Standard O-Rings
Royal Way manufactures non-standard O-rings for buyer-defined dimensions, glands and equipment. Quotations are prepared from a controlled drawing, exact inside diameter and cross-section, or an existing sample.
Information for quotation
- Exact inside diameter, cross-section and dimensional tolerance
- Equipment, seal position and gland drawing
- Static, reciprocating or rotary motion and installation constraints
- Fluid, temperature, pressure direction and operating cycle
- Required compound, hardness, color or identification when already specified
- Required quantity, inspection and documentation requirements
Non-standard dimensions alone do not establish gland fit or service suitability. Final size, compound and tolerance are confirmed after the complete gland and operating conditions are reviewed.
