Specifications & Product Information

Custom Molded Rubber Support Blocks & Pipe Saddles

Royal Way manufactures molded rubber support blocks and pipe saddles to customer drawings or samples. These parts provide a shaped contact interface between a supported pipe or component and its mounting surface.

Cradle and base profiles

The molded profiles shown combine a round base with an open semicircular cradle. Groove width, groove depth, body height and the base profile define how the part fits the surrounding assembly.

Specify the mating interface

  • Supported pipe or component diameter, including any coating or outer sleeve.
  • Cradle profile, contact length, overall height and available installation space.
  • Base dimensions, fastening arrangement and any required holes or inserts.
  • Dimensional tolerances and the surfaces that must contact the mating part.

Tell us the operating conditions

Include the expected load and its direction, allowable compression, operating temperature and contact with oils, chemicals or outdoor conditions. If your drawing specifies a compound or hardness, include that requirement with the inquiry.

Request a quote

Send the part drawing or sample, an assembly view and required quantity to request a quote. For a replacement part, include photos of the installation and identify the dimensions that must remain unchanged.
