Custom Molded Rubber Sleeves

Royal Way reviews customer-defined open-bore sleeve and tube components when a drawing, CAD model, measured sketch or sample establishes the required dimensions and interface. We assess the sleeve profile, molding route and service requirements before quotation.

Configurations for review

  • Sleeves defined by inside diameter, outside diameter, height, wall section and end features
  • Compression- or molding-based production routes reviewed from the requested geometry
  • Hardness, color, finish, reinforcement and tolerance requirements reviewed when specified
  • Replacement sleeves assessed against the mating housing, shaft, tube or tool interface

Information for quotation

  • Dimensioned drawing, CAD model, measured sketch or representative sample
  • Inside/outside diameter, length or height, wall section and critical tolerances
  • Contact media, movement, pressure, temperature, weathering and cleaning conditions
  • Compound, hardness, color, quantity, tooling and inspection scope when already defined

Final compound suitability, geometry, tolerances, tooling and service scope are confirmed after the part and application information are reviewed.
