Royal Way manufactures custom molded rubber frame gaskets and perimeter seals for oilfield equipment and industrial assemblies. Each part is configured from the customer's drawing, sample and mating interface.
Built around the sealing profile
- Perimeter, rectangular and buyer-defined closed profiles reviewed from the supplied part data
- Section shape, corner transitions, joints and installation clearances checked before tooling
- Holes, notches and other cut features considered when shown on the drawing or sample
- Material and hardness selected only after the service conditions and interface are reviewed
Information required for quotation
Please provide a drawing or sample, section dimensions, overall profile, corner details, mating groove or surface, service medium, pressure or vacuum conditions, temperature range, quantity and inspection or documentation needs.
Final geometry, tolerances, material and service suitability are confirmed after review of the complete part and operating data.
