Specifications & Product Information

Custom molded rubber frame gaskets for rectangular, square, and other non-round sealing interfaces. Parts are made to your drawing or physical sample, with dimensions, profile, locating features, and material selected for the application.

Match the gasket to the sealing interface

Specify the complete outline and cross-section, not just the overall width and length. Include the corner geometry, sealing profile, locating notches or tabs, and the mating groove or contact surface. These details help define how the gasket sits in the assembly.

Information for a custom gasket quotation

  • Drawing with revision number, CAD file or physical sample
  • Outer and inner dimensions, section thickness or profile, and dimensional tolerances
  • Corner radii, locating features and mating-part or groove details
  • Sealing media, operating temperature, and pressure or vacuum conditions
  • Required rubber material and hardness, if specified
  • Prototype and order quantities, inspection requirements and delivery destination

Drawing and sample review

For an engineering review and quotation, send the drawing or sample together with the sealing media, operating temperature, pressure or vacuum conditions, mating-part details, and required quantity. If the existing gasket has changed shape in service, include the housing or groove drawing to help define the replacement geometry.
