Royal Way manufactures custom molded rubber feet and end caps for customer-defined equipment and industrial assemblies. Each part is configured around the mating interface, retention method and required contact conditions.
Configured to the mating interface
- Socket, bore, wall thickness and overall envelope reviewed from a drawing or sample
- Ribbed, flat or buyer-defined contact surfaces evaluated for the intended interface
- Push-fit, interference-fit, adhesive or fastener-assisted retention reviewed before tooling
- Prototype and production quantities considered during quotation

Please provide a drawing or sample, mating tube or edge dimensions, retention method, available envelope, contact or compression conditions, service medium, temperature range, color requirements and quantity.
Material, hardness, tolerances and final fit are confirmed only after review of the complete application.
