Custom Molded Rubber Dust Seals

Royal Way manufactures custom-molded elastomer dust seals for shafts, rods, housings, pumps, valves and machinery interfaces. Each seal is developed from the installed geometry, relative movement and exposure conditions supplied with the inquiry.

• Compound and hardness selection based on the confirmed contamination, fluid, temperature and movement conditions

• Equipment, assembly and seal-position reference
• Seal drawing, dimensional sketch, existing part reference or physical sample
• Shaft or rod diameter, housing bore, groove, retainer and mating-surface dimensions
• Seal inside diameter, outside diameter, width, lip direction and installed interference
• Movement type, rotational speed or stroke, surface finish and runout
• Expected dust, debris, weather and fluid exposure, plus the operating temperature range
• Quantity, dimensional tolerances, inspection documentation and packaging requirements
