Specifications & Product Information

Royal Way manufactures customer-defined molded rubber bumpers for loading docks, vehicles, trailers and industrial equipment contact points. Bumper geometry and attachment details are quoted from the installation, expected contact event and surrounding structure.

Configured for the contact point

  • Face profile, thickness, mounting holes and backing interface controlled from a drawing or sample
  • Expected contact speed, load, frequency and allowable deflection reviewed with the installation geometry
  • Material family selected after confirming weathering, fluid exposure, temperature and abrasion conditions
  • Replacement, prototype and production quantities supported through an RFQ process

Information required for quotation

Please provide the installation drawing, bumper dimensions and mounting details, contacting equipment, expected load and speed, impact frequency, environmental exposure, quantity and inspection requirements.

Dimensions, material, hardness, energy absorption, mounting strength and service suitability are confirmed only after application review. Final spacing, anchorage and impact performance must be validated as part of the complete dock or equipment system; the bumper is not a vehicle-restraint device.
