Specifications & Product Information

Royal Way manufactures custom molded rubber components for oilfield tools and equipment when a standard catalog item does not match the required geometry or interface.

Typical requests include molded cups, rings, sleeves, wipers, sealing profiles and other rubber components made to a customer drawing, CAD file or physical sample. Final geometry, material and manufacturing route are reviewed for each part.

Information needed for quotation

  • Drawing with revision number, CAD file or physical sample
  • Part profile, key dimensions, tolerances and mating-part or groove details
  • Contact media, operating temperature, pressure or vacuum, and static or moving service
  • Required material and hardness, if specified, or the performance targets for review
  • Prototype and production quantities, inspection requirements and delivery destination

Quoting from a replacement sample

If the original part has been used, include mating-part dimensions and identify any known wear or deformation. These details help us review the required fit alongside the sample.
