Custom Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kits

Royal Way prepares drawing- or sample-defined hydraulic cylinder seal kits for oilfield and industrial equipment. A complete kit can be reviewed from the cylinder application, seal locations and supplied bill of materials so the parts match the intended assembly.

Kit configurations

  • Rod, piston and wiper seals for the identified cylinder locations
  • O-rings, back-up rings, guide or support elements when shown on the bill of materials
  • Elastomer and compatible polymer sealing elements reviewed against the supplied part definition
  • Replacement sets, prototype kits and production kit quantities

Information needed

  • Dimensioned drawing, bill of materials, CAD model, measured sketch or sample
  • Cylinder bore, rod diameter, grooves, stroke, pressure, speed and movement
  • Hydraulic fluid, operating temperature and mating-surface condition
  • Required compounds, hardness, color, support materials and inspection needs when specified
  • Equipment reference, kit contents, quantity and packaging requirements

Final kit contents, geometry, materials, tolerances and compatibility are confirmed after the complete equipment and part information is reviewed.
