Custom Hydraulic Accumulator Diaphragms
Royal Way manufactures custom-molded elastomer diaphragms for diaphragm-type hydraulic accumulators and pump accumulator chambers. Each diaphragm is configured from the assembly drawing, dimensional sketch, equipment reference or physical sample.
Configurations for review
- Customer-defined dome, cup and contoured diaphragm profiles
- Clamping bead, sealing lip, flange and seating-edge geometry
- Center features, support interfaces and inserts when specified by the assembly drawing
- Compound and hardness selection based on the confirmed working fluid, precharge medium and operating conditions
Information for quotation
- Accumulator or pump manufacturer, model and assembly reference
- Diaphragm drawing, dimensional sketch or physical sample
- Chamber diameter and depth, installed orientation and available movement
- Bead, clamp, groove, flange and mating-surface dimensions
- Working fluid, precharge medium, pressure range, temperature range and cycle frequency
- Required compound, hardness and reinforcement when controlled by the equipment specification
- Quantity, inspection documentation and packaging requirements
A nominal pump or accumulator model alone does not establish diaphragm geometry or interchangeability. Final profile, dimensions, formulation and inspection scope are confirmed with the quotation.
