Custom Hammer Union & Flowline Seal Rings
Royal Way manufactures custom elastomer seal rings for buyer-specified hammer-union and flowline-union configurations. Each quotation is based on the actual union figure or connection style, seal profile, housing interface and service conditions; a nominal connection size alone is not a complete specification.
Configurations for review
- Drawing-defined O-ring, lip, vee-lip, face-seal or other union-seal profiles
- Custom inside diameter, outside diameter, cross-section, lip geometry and axial height
- Buyer-specified elastomer compound and hardness
- Specified anti-extrusion or bonded insert interfaces when required by the design
Information for quotation
- Union figure, connection style, manufacturer reference when applicable and nominal size
- Dimensioned drawing, groove or housing dimensions, CAD model, measured sketch or physical sample
- Seal profile, inside diameter, outside diameter, height, lip direction and critical tolerances
- Required compound or buyer performance specification when controlled
- Pressure, temperature, transported medium, exposure time, decompression and operating cycle
- Metal or polymer insert material, position and bonding interface when present
- Quantity, prototype requirements, inspection documentation, traceability and packaging requirements
Final geometry, compound, hardness, tolerances, insert construction and application suitability are confirmed after the complete union and service requirements are reviewed.
