Specifications & Product Information

Double-EE CL Oil Saver Rubber

Royal Way manufactures molded Double-EE CL oil-saver rubber elements for buyer-defined wireline and line-wiping assemblies. The profile and installed interfaces are reviewed from a drawing, sample, or identified original part reference before quotation.

Configuration review

  • Double-EE CL profile, bore, outside diameter and overall length matched to the supplied part information
  • Oil-saver head, housing, retention and installation interfaces checked against the assembly
  • Single-piece, split or multi-element arrangements considered when shown by the equipment record
  • Compound, hardness, reinforcement and surface requirements reviewed when specified

Information needed for quotation

  • Oil-saver head or wireline-tool maker, model and part reference, when known
  • Line size, bore, outside diameter, length, shoulder and retention dimensions
  • Drawing, CAD model, measured sketch, marked sample or original part
  • Movement, wiping path, contact media, pressure, temperature and operating cycle
  • Required quantity, inspection, documentation and packaging requirements

The Double-EE CL name identifies a profile family; it does not define a universal size or fit. Final geometry, material, tolerances and service suitability are confirmed after the complete part and application information are reviewed.
