Custom Double-Basket Packer Cups

Royal Way manufactures custom molded elastomer basket-profile cups for buyer-defined double-cup packer and well-service assemblies. Quotations are prepared from controlled cup drawings, the complete mandrel and bore interfaces, an existing sample or a verified original part reference.

Information for quotation

  • Tool manufacturer, model, assembly revision and original cup reference when available
  • Mandrel outside diameter, cup bore, free cup outside diameter and target casing or bore inside diameter
  • Basket lip profile, cup length, base geometry, support, retainer and installed orientation
  • Number of cups, facing direction, spacing, spacer dimensions and assembly sequence
  • Pressure direction, differential loading, fluid, solids content, temperature and operating cycle
  • Required compound, hardness, reinforcement or bonded insert when already controlled by the specification
  • Required quantity, dimensional tolerances, inspection and documentation requirements

Double-basket identifies an assembly and profile family only; it does not establish cup geometry, material, mandrel fit or service rating. Final construction is confirmed against the complete tool and operating conditions.
