Specifications & Product Information

Custom Diaphragm Valve Rubber Membranes

Royal Way manufactures custom-molded elastomer membranes for diaphragm valves and related valve assemblies. Each part is developed from the valve interface, clamping geometry, movement and service conditions supplied with the inquiry.

Configurations for review

  • Drawing-defined membrane, sealing-face, bead and clamping profiles
  • Custom body, bonnet, seat or weir interface geometry
  • Buyer-defined compressor, stem or actuator connection features
  • Compound, hardness and reinforcement requirements reviewed against the confirmed application

Information for quotation

  • Valve type, equipment reference and installed position
  • Dimensioned drawing, CAD model, dimensional sketch or physical sample
  • Valve body, bonnet, clamping area, bolt pattern and mating-surface dimensions
  • Seat or weir profile, sealing-face geometry and required installed orientation
  • Compressor, stem or actuator connection details, plus open and closed positions
  • Travel, movement frequency and expected cycle conditions
  • Service medium, pressure differential and operating temperature range
  • Required material, hardness or reinforcement when already specified
  • Quantity, critical tolerances, inspection documentation and packaging requirements

A valve designation alone does not establish membrane geometry or suitability. Final profile, dimensions, formulation, reinforcement and inspection scope are confirmed with the quotation.
