Royal Way supplies customer-configured rubber service kits for diaphragm pumps, built around the specified membrane and the elastomer seals identified for the target pump. Each kit is prepared from the exact model reference, drawing, sample or parts list.
The photograph shows diaphragm examples, not a complete service kit. The seals and quantities included in your kit are agreed from the pump parts list before quotation.
Kit contents controlled by the pump configuration
Membrane geometry and mounting features confirmed from the required pump version
O-rings, gaskets and other elastomer seals identified individually by part number or dimensions
Piece count, packing sequence and replacement scope agreed before production
Alternative compounds considered only after the fluid and operating conditions are reviewed
Information required for quotation
Please provide the pump manufacturer and model, pump serial or version where applicable, existing part numbers, exploded view or parts list, a complete used kit or individual samples, membrane dimensions, seal dimensions, service fluid, pressure, temperature, cycle rate, quantity, packaging and inspection requirements.
Kit contents and fit are specific to the identified pump configuration. Parts from adjacent models or revisions should not be treated as interchangeable without dimensional and assembly confirmation.
Send the product or equipment reference, drawing or sample, service conditions and quantity. Royal Way will review the details and ask for any other information needed for the quotation.
Use the RFQ form for the initial requirement. Drawings, photographs and sample details can also be emailed to sales@rwoiltool.com with the product name in the subject line.
