Royal Way manufactures custom corrugated rubber pipes for oilfield equipment and industrial assemblies that require a flexible, shaped connection. Each part is quoted from the customer’s drawing, sample and operating information.
Controlled by the complete pipe geometry
- Bore, outside diameter, corrugation profile and pitch reviewed from the supplied design
- Free length, installed length and required movement confirmed for the assembly
- End connections, cuffs and adjoining hardware dimensions checked before production
- Prototype and production quantities evaluated during quotation
Information required for quotation
Please provide a drawing or sample, bore and outside dimensions, corrugation details, total length, end geometry, bend or movement requirement, service medium, pressure or vacuum conditions, temperature range and quantity.
Construction, tolerances and service suitability are confirmed only after the full application data has been reviewed.
