Custom Choke Bonnet Packing & Seal Kits

Royal Way manufactures replacement elastomer packing and seal kits for buyer-defined adjustable and fixed choke bonnet assemblies. Each kit is configured from the complete bonnet, stem and gland arrangement rather than from a nominal connection size alone.

Information for quotation

  • Choke manufacturer, model, nominal connection size, pressure class and assembly revision
  • Bonnet, stem, gland, bore and groove dimensions
  • Packing profile, ring count, orientation, headers, adapters, backup elements and any non-elastomer components
  • Original bill of materials, drawing, verified part references or an undamaged sample
  • Service fluid, pressure, temperature, cycling, solids exposure and maintenance conditions
  • Required compound, hardness, inspection and documentation when specified
  • Required quantity and packaging requirements

The choke or connection designation does not establish kit content, dimensions, material or service rating. Final parts and construction are confirmed against the buyer’s assembly.
