Specifications & Product Information

Custom Chemical-Injection Pump O-Rings are manufactured to a buyer's pump drawing, seal schedule, physical sample or verified equipment interface for sealing locations in chemical-injection pump assemblies.

Define each seal location

Confirm the pump model, gland geometry and function of every ring before quotation. A common nominal size alone does not establish the groove, squeeze, stretch, pressure exposure or compound requirement.

Information needed for quotation

  • Pump make and model, equipment manual, assembly drawing or seal schedule
  • Groove diameter, width and depth, mating-part geometry, or a physical sample
  • Ring inside diameter, cross-section and quantity at each seal location, when known
  • Static or dynamic duty, motion and expected operating cycle
  • Pumped chemical, concentration, additives and cleaning fluids
  • Continuous and peak temperature, pressure at the seal location and decompression conditions
  • Compound, hardness, applicable standard and inspection requirements, when specified
  • Prototype and order quantity, packaging needs and delivery destination

Custom manufacturing review

Royal Way reviews the seal geometry, application conditions, material requirement and inspection scope for each project before quotation.

Ordering

Send the available drawing, seal schedule or sample together with the pump and operating conditions. Final dimensions, compound and production requirements are confirmed with the quotation.
