Custom Chemical-Injection Pump Diaphragms
Royal Way manufactures molded elastomer diaphragms for buyer-defined chemical-injection and metering-pump chambers. Quotations are prepared from a dimensioned diaphragm drawing, complete chamber and actuation dimensions, an existing sample or a verified original part reference.
Information for quotation
- Pump or metering-unit manufacturer, model, series, revision and original diaphragm reference when available
- Diaphragm outside diameter, working diameter, thickness, center profile, bead, lip and sealing geometry
- Bolt-hole pattern, clamping land, chamber, backing plate, piston or actuator dimensions
- Required fabric, insert, backing or bonded construction when specified by the assembly
- Injected chemical, concentration, carrier fluid and any cleaning or flushing media
- Stroke or deflection, suction and discharge pressure, temperature, cycle rate and expected service interval
- Required compound and hardness when already specified by the buyer
- Required quantity, dimensional tolerances, inspection and documentation requirements
A pump-family or original-part reference identifies the buyer’s target only; it does not establish geometry, compound, equipment fit or service rating. Final diaphragm construction is confirmed against the complete chamber and operating conditions.
