Royal Way manufactures custom rubber swab cups bonded to buyer-defined aluminum bushings or cores for tubing, drill-pipe and well-service configurations. Each quotation is based on the cup style, actual tubular and mandrel dimensions, core construction, bond interface and service conditions; nominal tubing size alone is not a complete specification.
Representative image: The displayed profiles show rubber cups with visible metal cores from a company-owned source. They are examples for orientation only and do not establish alloy, dimensions, bond strength, compound or application suitability.
Configurations for review
Drawing-defined standard, undersize, single-lip, multi-lip or other cup profiles
Custom cup outside diameter, bore, overall length, lip geometry and stack arrangement
Buyer-defined aluminum core or bushing dimensions, internal bore and retaining features
Specified elastomer compound, hardness, core finish and rubber-to-metal bonding interface
Information for quotation
Nominal tubing or drill-pipe size, actual inside diameter and relevant bore range
Tool or mandrel drawing, cup drawing, core drawing, CAD model, measured sketch or physical sample
Cup profile, outside diameter, inside diameter, length, lip direction and critical tolerances
Aluminum alloy, surface finish or treatment and identification requirements when controlled
Bonding interface, undercuts, grooves, knurls or perforations when present
Required compound or buyer performance specification when controlled
Transported medium, sand or solids, temperature, pressure differential, travel direction and expected operating cycle
Quantity, prototype requirements, inspection documentation, traceability and packaging requirements
Final cup geometry, core construction, alloy, surface condition, compound, bonding method, tolerances and application suitability are confirmed after the complete tool and service requirements are reviewed.
Send the product or equipment reference, drawing or sample, service conditions and quantity. Royal Way will review the details and ask for any other information needed for the quotation.
