Wireline Oil-Saver and Stripper Rubber RFQ Checklist
Royal Way Oil ToolWireline oil-saver rubbers and stripper rubbers are configuration-controlled sealing components. A useful RFQ starts with the installed equipment and the sealing interface, not only a family or type name.
Information to include
- Equipment reference: oil-saver head, stripper head, wireline tool or related pressure-control assembly.
- Interface and size: housing or head reference, line or tubing size, bore, outside diameter, and available installation dimensions.
- Profile and orientation: seal profile, lip or wiping direction, stack order, and any backup or support components.
- Service conditions: fluid or mud exposure, temperature range, pressure or differential-pressure context, speed or reciprocation, and expected service duty.
- Source material: a current drawing, CAD file, marked sample, dimensional sketch, or clear photos with a scale.
- Quantity and timing: required quantity, replacement timing, and whether the request is for a one-off configuration or a repeat program.
What Royal Way checks
We review the supplied information against the requested profile, interface and service context before preparing a quotation. A type name by itself is not treated as proof of fitment, material, pressure rating or interchangeability.
For a quote, use the Request a Quote form and include the equipment reference, dimensions, service details and any available drawing or sample information. Technical files can be sent to sales@rwoiltool.com; general enquiries can be sent to info@rwoiltool.com.
