Pump Membrane RFQ Checklist: Model, Interface and Service Inputs

Royal Way Oil Tool

Pump membrane quotations are configuration-controlled. The model marking is a useful starting point, but the pump interface, dimensions and service context must also be checked before a replacement configuration can be quoted.

Information to include

  • Model or part marking: send the marking exactly as shown on the membrane, packaging, drawing or maintenance record.
  • Pump and equipment reference: identify the pump, drive or equipment family and the position of the membrane in the assembly.
  • Interface dimensions: provide outside diameter, inside diameter, thickness, bead or clamping geometry, bolt pattern and any critical sealing features that are available.
  • Service conditions: describe the pumped fluid, temperature range, pressure or vacuum context, stroke or cycle conditions and cleaning exposure.
  • Source material: attach a current drawing, CAD file, dimensional sketch, marked sample or clear photographs with a scale.
  • Quantity and timing: state the required quantity, replacement timing and whether the requirement is a one-off or repeat program.

What we verify before quoting

Royal Way compares the supplied reference, interface and service information before preparing a quotation. A model marking by itself is not treated as proof of dimensions, compound, pressure rating, temperature limit or interchangeability.

Use the Request a Quote form to send the pump reference, dimensions, service details and available drawing or sample information. Technical files can be sent to sales@rwoiltool.com; general enquiries can be sent to info@rwoiltool.com.
